Najib withdraws discovery bid in US$1.18b SRC lawsuit
Najib Abdul Razak has received documents from SRC International to hear the company’s $1.18 billion civil lawsuit against the former prime minister.
As a result, the former finance minister withdrew his document discovery application to SRC, a company owned by the Minister of Finance Inc. (MOF Inc) in connection with the civil suit.
